Each member of The Griffing Group brings different talents, experience and perspective to the firm. The strength of our team lies in the breadth and depth of our expertise.

Our professionals have extensive backgrounds
in the valuation industry, as well as experience
in public accounting, investment banking and capital markets research. In addition, our people present on valuation topics and contribute to numerous valuation publications. Three have earned MBAs in Finance from the University
of Chicago, two have extensive experience in litigation support (especially in the Delaware Court of Chancery), and one is beginning his valuation career. The Griffing Group is active
in the key professional associations – the American Society of Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts,
and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants – and two members have served
in leadership positions in those organizations.

While each person brings unique and comple-mentary strengths to the team, all members
share at least two common attributes: a passion for valuation, and a desire to preserve the integrity of the profession. This shared passion and commitment to integrity fuels the unique energy level of The Griffing Group.
