Providing expert witness testimony is an increasingly important part of The Griffing Group’s practice. More often than not, I am the person providing that testimony. In my career as an expert witness, I have successfully defended The Griffing Group’s opinions in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the United States District Court, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and in a number of other jurisdictions. I attribute much of my courtroom success to The Griffing Group team, who make sure that our analysis is sound and that our expert opinions are logical, clearly stated and well supported.
