Michael J. Mattson is a Principal at The Griffing Group, where he manages business valuation, financial instrument and intangible asset engagements in a variety of industries. Mr. Mattson has prepared valuation and damages analyses for use in commercial litigation, financial reporting, marital dissolution, employee stock ownership plan compliance, and estate and gift taxation.

Mr. Mattson has presented on financial topics at national conferences hosted by the American Society of Appraisers and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and taught professional courses on valuation and finance.
