How long does it take to complete a valuation? The length of time needed to complete a valuation varies greatly. A relatively small, simple project may take as little as two weeks; a large, complex valuation project may take months. It depends largely upon the purpose of the valuation and the amount and availability of information.

When does a valuation expire? There is no prescribed expiration time for valuations. As the facts and circumstances of a business change, so might its value.
